    Book the patient in

    Enter the patient and their mobile number in LabNa when they take their test.

    Upload the signed PDF

    Once the result is ready, just upload the signed PDF. That's it for your staff.

    The patient will get an SMS

    Coming soon: patients get a “Your result is ready” SMS with a link, valid for 72 hours, that they open with an OTP + their birthdate. For now, they pick up at your clinic.

Clinics can also accept online bookings from patients through LabNa.

Security and privacy — we take them seriously.

Lab results are sensitive personal information. Here's how LabNa is designed to protect them, with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 in mind.

  • No results in the SMS

    We'll only send a notification and a link — never the result itself.

  • 72-hour links, 15-minute sessions

    The SMS link expires after 72 hours. Once the code is entered, the viewing session lasts 15 minutes. An expired link can't be used if it's forwarded or found later.

  • Two checks before it opens

    An OTP by SMS + the patient's birthdate.

  • Stored encrypted

    Result files are sent over HTTPS and stored encrypted by our hosting provider.

  • Minimal data, your control

    We only collect the data we need, and you stay in control of your clinic's records.

    Pagka-test ng patient, i-encode sa LabNa ang pangalan at mobile number niya.

    Pag ready na ang result, i-upload lang ang signed PDF. Tapos na ang trabaho ng staff.

    Makakatanggap ng SMS ang patient

    Malapit na: makakatanggap ang patients ng “Ready na ang result mo” SMS na may link na valid nang 72 hours, na bubuksan gamit ang OTP + birthdate nila. Sa ngayon, sa clinic muna nila kinukuha ang result.

Sa LabNa, puwede ring tumanggap ang clinic ng online bookings mula sa patients.

Security at privacy — seryoso kami rito.

Sensitive personal information ang lab results. Ganito dinisenyo ang LabNa para protektahan ang mga ito. Ginawa namin ito na nasa isip ang Data Privacy Act of 2012.

  • Walang result sa SMS

    Notification at link lang ang ipapadala — hinding-hindi ang mismong result.

  • 72 hours ang link, 15 minutes ang session

    Mag-e-expire ang SMS link after 72 hours. Pag nailagay na ang code, 15 minutes lang ang viewing session. Hindi na magagamit ang expired na link kung ma-forward o makita mamaya.

  • Dalawang check bago mabuksan

    OTP sa SMS + birthdate ng patient.

  • Naka-store nang encrypted

    Pinapadala sa HTTPS ang mga result file at naka-store nang encrypted ng aming hosting provider.

  • Kaunting data, kayo ang may control

    Kinokolekta lang namin ang data na kailangan, at kayo ang may control sa records ng clinic ninyo.

Para sa patients

Hindi na kailangang bumalik sa clinic o maghintay ng tawag. Walang app na kailangang i-install.

Pag naka-on na ang text alerts, malalaman mo agad — hindi mo na kailangang tumawag. Sa ngayon, sa clinic mo muna kunin ang result.

Makikita mo ang signed PDF at puwede mo itong ipakita sa doctor mo.
